In-Situ marking 10 years in Fort Collins with open house set for Sept. 18

FORT COLLINS - In-Situ, a designer, manufacturer, distributor and renter of environmental equipment for monitoring quantity and quality of groundwater and surface water, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary in Fort Collins on Sept. 18.

The company, founded by Chester McKee in Laramie in 1976, relocated to Fort Collins in September 2004.

"The company and our employees are extremely proud to be a part of the Fort Collins community," said John Pawlikowski, In-Situ's president and CEO.

"In-Situ strives to be an active participant in the Northern Colorado community, a steward of the environment and an advocate for the health and wellness of our employees."

In-Situ will hold a celebration of its 10 years in Fort Collins on Sept. 18 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at its headquarters, 221 E. Lincoln Ave.

The event will include a tour of the company's manufacturing facility and a presentation on innovative solutions for water resource challenges in shale oil and gas development.
