2013 Venture Adventure Challenge
FORT COLLINS - The top 20 companies from Colorado State University will vie for funding and prizes at the Venture Adventure Challenge on May 3 at the Rocky Mountain Innosphere, 320 E. Vine Drive.

The top three teams will receive up to $25,000 in cash and in-kind prizes at the event, hosted by the Institute for Entrepreneurship in CSU's College of Business.

The semifinal competition will be held from noon to 4 p.m., with the finals and an awards banquet from 5-9 p.m.

Teams will be judged not by their business plans but by their ability to present their venture in a compelling and confident manner. Each team will have 10 minutes to pitch with no more than 15 slides, followed by five minutes of Q&A from judges.

Sponsors who can contribute cash or in-kind services are being sought for the event. To learn more, contact Charisse Bowen, CSU Institute for Entrepreneurship director, at 970-491-2737.
