DENVER - Thrive Workplace, a co-working space in Denver, announced it will double in size in early April with the opening of a 24,000-square-foot location at 1415 Park Avenue in Denver's Ballpark neighborhood.
Chad and Charlie Johnson, brothers and co-owners of Thrive Workplace, said they are building on years of experience in the co-working industry to bridge the gap between traditional office space and the modern co-working business model.
"Nontraditional and traditional office employees are using a more sustainable workplace model that meets their fluid lifestyles," said Chad Johnson. "Whether a worker wants a permanent desk or just to drop in once in a while, we offer multiple packages that can be customized for each individual."
Thrive said its clients include a mix of startups, small businesses, freelancers and consultants and is home to software developers, real estate brokers, financial advisors, digital marketers, graphic designers and many more.
The new space will include more than 70 private offices, shared workspace, small and large conference rooms and private phone booths.
It will also include a coffee shop, exercise facility, showers and changing rooms, 3D printer, laser cutter and a production studio.
To learn more, an open house will be held March 26 from 5-8 p.m. RSVP here.
