BOULDER - RoundPegg, a culture management software company that helps organizations tackle culture change, align sub-cultures and culturally integrate merged and acquired companies, announced it has selected Kevin Grauman as its new CEO.
Grauman is a serial entrepreneur, founding several companies in the HR space including Best Employment, The Outsource Group, Emportal Inc. and Payroll and Benefits Experts Inc.
He has also held executive roles in strategy and business development at SilkRoad, getTalent, Citi Ventures and HR Technology Ventures.
"RoundPegg has reimagined and is redefining the way that companies understand and proactively manage one of their most valuable assets -- their corporate culture," said Grauman.
"We are providing pioneering management solutions never seen before. I am elated to be an integral part of a story that intends to shake up an old and tired paradigm, in practical, innovative ways."
Grauman assumes the role formerly held by founding member Tim Wolters, who is shifting his focus to new business as RoundPegg's new executive VP of business development.
"Kevin is a trailblazer and a game-changer," said Wolters. "He is the perfect fit for us."
