Friday March 7, 2014 0 commentsBOULDER - CU-Boulder Startup Weekend will be held from May 14-16 and feature teams of young entrepreneurs formed around creating viable startup business models.
Participants create working startups during the 54-hour event, hear talks by industry experts and receive feedback from established local entrepreneurs.
Speakers include Andrew Hyde, founder of the Seattle-based Startup Weekend movement, and Zach Nies, Rally Software chief technologist.
Judges for the weekend include Jim Franklin, SendGrid CEO; David Mandell, PivotDesk CEO; Jud Valeski, Gnip CTO; and Ingrid Alongi, QuickLeft CEO.
The event will be held at Spark Boulder, 1310 College Ave.
CU-Boulder Startup Weekend will be held during the annual Boulder Startup Week, May 12-16, and just ahead of the inaugural Fort Collins Startup Week, May 20-24.
