BOULDER - Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZAYO), an international provider of bandwidth infrastructure services, announced that Peak, an enterprise-class, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) provider to channel partners, has joined Zayo's Connect to the Cloud platform.
Denver-based Peak provides cloud service exclusively for service providers, resellers, agents and distributors. The company offers multiple cloud solutions, including white-labeled cloud, dedicated private cloud and multi-tenant public cloud - all designed to provide partners with the expertise, security and control they need, Zayo said.
"Connecting to Peak's cloud infrastructure via Zayo's bandwidth infrastructure delivers a reliable, secure, high-performance customer experience," said John Real, Zayo's VP of strategic partnerships.
"To quickly get pricing and place orders for direct connections to Peak's cloud options, channel partners have the opportunity to utilize Tranzact, Zayo's Web-based shopping platform, which is engineered to simplify the bandwidth shopping experience."
"Peak's unique 100 percent channel-centric model allows channel partners to extend all the benefits of the cloud to their own clients, enabling resources-on-demand for all," said Luke Norris, Peak's founder and CEO.
"By connecting Peak's cloud to high-capacity, resilient carriers such as Zayo, the power of the cloud is limitless."
