BOULDER - TapInfluence has named Silicon Valley tech executive Promise Phelon as its CEO.
Phelon replaces co-founder Rustin Banks, who will remain on the company's board of directors and assume the role of chief product officer.
Phelon brings extensive experience leading high-growth technology companies in rapidly evolving industries with a history of high-profile exits. Her expertise includes software-as-a-service (SaaS) growth, raising institutional capital, product innovation, and building loyal teams that drive market transformation.

Phelon was most recently chief revenue officer of the Resumator, leading sales, marketing, business development and customer success. She led the company through successful revenue growth and significant financing.
Prior to the Resumator, Phelon was founder and CEO of The Phelon Group, a rapid-growth technology-enabled services company that reached eight-figure revenues and was acquired in 2009. She also served as CEO of UpMo, an enterprise talent management SaaS system used by some of the world's largest enterprises, where she again drove high-impact growth, substantial financing, and product strategy.
Phelon was an early employee at BEA Systems (ORCL), helping to lead product management and product marketing.
