Renewable Choice Energy names Pete Dignan to be its president and COO

BOULDER - Renewable Choice Energy announced it has hired Pete Dignan to occupy the newly created position of president and COO.

Dignan is former founder and CEO of ProtoText, a Denver-based software consulting business. During a company sabbatical in 2010-2011, he served as executive director for the nonprofit Connected Organizations for a Responsible Economy (CORE), where he launched the CORE Catalyst program.

The program helped more than 20 companies become certified B Corporations.

"Pete's years of experience as an entrepreneur, leader, manager and advocate - combined with his passion for sustainability, technology and corporate responsibility - make him an outstanding addition to our talented team."
