DENVER - P2Binvestor is offering a free webinar on crowdfunding tomorrow, Feb. 13, at 11 a.m.
The webinar will feature attorney and crowdfunding expert Ray Burrasca in a presentation called "Crowdfunding Part II: Understanding Public and Private Offerings Under the JOBS Act."

P2Binvestor is a crowdfunding platform for business lending. P2Bi combines technology with crowdsourcing to simplify lending and provide efficient and competitively priced growth capital to small and midsize businesses.
The company offers receivables financing, an asset-backed line of credit, working capital secured by contractual future revenue (designed especially for SaaS companies), and purchase order financing. P2Bi provides lines of credit in the $250,000 to $5 million range and lends to U.S. companies in various industries including technology, energy, personnel services, natural foods and beverages, manufacturing and more.

On March 27, Peter Adams, Rockies Venture Club director, will present "Working with Investors: A Guide for Entrepreneurs." Adams will offer insight on how entrepreneurs should prepare to seek angel investment.
The sessions are free and open to all.
