jobzology-featuredFORT COLLINS--jobZology, a software and services company that helps employers select talent that fits their unique roles and culture, today announced it raised an additional round of funding from Quintel Management Consulting, a Denver-based implementation firm and reseller of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products.

The company said the investment will be used not only to fuel additional business development efforts but also integrate jobZology's proprietary software with SAP's e-Recruiting module specifically for Quintel clients. This will uniquely position Quintel to utilize jobZology's assessments, fit algorithms, and predictive analytics to make better hires, provide engagement surveys and offer a self-guided career life planning module for employees while using the Quintel Human Resources framework, jobZology said.

"We created jobZology in order to bring a significant social impact and disruption to the way candidates make decisions about jobs they take and the way employers go about making decisions on who to hire," said Travis Hevelone, CEO. "Our measures of scientific and predictive fit to job and culture fix many of the problems that exist in the workforce today. Our vision is a world without disengaged workers, and this investment goes a long way in making that a reality.

"We love the opportunity this new investment brings to integrate jobZology and our predictive science into a proven business enterprise solution. Being able to impact hundreds of thousands of lives through companies would be a privilege and an honor. Doing so with an SAP partner as strong and visionary as Quintel is a real gift."

Leslie Buttorff, Quintel's president and CEO as well as Colorado State University's 2014 Alumni of the Year recipient, said, "We believe that the future of talent selection will be changing. The era of data, science and predictive algorithm is upon us. Once we explored how jobZology has helped companies hire with science and knowing that they were a CSU Ventures company, made this timely decision easier.

"We believe our clients will not only enjoy the unique offering Quintel can bring with this investment but also dramatically impact their retention and engagement levels. Being able to impact our client's bottom line with the use of Quintel's approach using the SAP product just got stronger."
