LONGMONT - Circle Graphics, the world's largest producer of grand-format digital graphics, announced it has acquired Massachusetts-based Mammoth Media, a grand-format printing company specializing in the transit market.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition adds an East Coast manufacturing presence and added transit experience to more than 12,000 customers nationwide, Circle Graphics said.
"This purchase is a strategic move to continue the significant growth that Circle Graphics has experienced in the out-of-home advertising industry," said Andrew Cousin, Circle Graphics CEO.
"As a company with a great reputation, high standards and a customer focus, Mammoth Media is a perfect complement to the Circle Graphics portfolio."
All Mammoth Media employees will be joining the Circle Graphics team.
Founded in 2000, Circle Graphics employs more than 450 nationwide with manufacturing facilities in Longmont and Baton Rouge, La. and offices in Austin, Los Angeles, Detroit and New York City.
