DENVER -- eBags announced the appointment of Dan Hogan as the company’s chief financial officer and chief operating officer.
Hogan will oversee finance, accounting, operations, fulfillment and customer service, eBags said.
Hogan most recently spent nine years at the Coleman Company, where he was CFO and COO. He has also had senior operations roles at Easton-Bell Sports, World Kitchen and the Fort James Corp.

The company also announced record Q4 2015 sales, with strong growth in mobile sales, launch of the “Steals of the Day” program and the addition of 20 percent more new brands and products on eBags.com.
