Zynex appoints Dan Moorhead to be CFO

LONE TREE -- Zynex, Inc. (OTCQB: ZYXI), an innovative medical technology company specializing in the manufacture and sale of non-invasive medical devices for pain management, stroke rehabilitation, cardiac monitoring and neurological diagnostics, announced the appointment of Dan Moorhead as its chief financial officer.Zynex_logoUSE

Moorhead has more than 20 years experience in a variety of finance roles serving both public and private companies.

For the last 10 years, he worked at Evolving Systems, Inc. (a Nasdaq-listed company), most recently as chief financial officer after having served as VP of finance & administration and corporate controller.

Moorhead is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.

“Mr. Moorhead is a seasoned professional with a successful public company track record and has extensive experience with acquisitions of companies, both domestically and internationally.

One of our long-term goals is to list on a larger exchange, such as Nasdaq or NYSE, and we believe the improvements we are making to the organization, including expanding our sales force and the more recent improvements to our billing and collection efforts, will position us well for up-listing.

Founded in 1996, Zynex markets and sells its own design of electrotherapy medical devices used for pain management and rehabilitation and the company's proprietary NeuroMove device designed to help recovery of stroke and spinal cord injury patients.

Zynex said it is also developing a new blood volume monitor for use in hospitals and surgery centers.
