Bricker will be responsible for the company’s human capital strategy, including all aspects of leadership development and talent management.

She will also play a critical role in shaping the culture of the new combined company as it moves into its next phase of growth.

Bricker brings more than 20 years of human resources, talent management, training and employee communications experience working for both public and private organizations.

“Our employees are our most valuable asset,” said Dan Burns, CEO. “The creation of the chief human resources officer role is critical to ensuring that human resources remain a cornerstone of our vision and strategic goals.”

Bricker previously served as senior VP at CoreSite, a Denver-based data center solutions provider.

“This is a really exciting time to join the organization with the amazing group of employees already on board, the growth the company has already experienced and the sheer size of the cyber security market,” said Bricker.

“I’m looking forward to leading the effort to build a world-class culture, one where people are passionate about wanting to work here today and also want to stay to develop their careers for the future.”
