“Angela is the right person to help Uplight meet our ambitious vision of accelerating a cleaner energy future,” said Adrian Tuck, Uplight CEO.
“To succeed in that vision, we need a leader with deep experience aligning a fast growing business to meet the rapidly changing needs of its customers both now and 10 years down the road.
“Angela has a proven track record of helping companies rapidly scale their operations to reach new heights, and we’re excited to harness her talents to fuel Uplight’s growth.”
Tucci’s 24-year career as an operational leader has spanned roles from entrepreneur to public company executive.
Most recently, she served as the CEO Of Apto, Inc. where her team delivered on a new business model that increased bookings and revenue per user and decreased costs.
She has also served as the chief revenue officer of publicly held Rally Software, senior VP and GM of CA Technologies, and chief strategy officer of Symantec.

“Joining Uplight at such a critical juncture for both the industry and the company will be an incredible challenge that I’m eager to take on,” said Tucci.
“The opportunity of Uplight is nearly unlimited as the energy world evolves to be more customer centric. Uplight’s suite of connected applications, purpose-built for utility challenges, enables providers to work hand-in-hand with their customers and create better, more modern energy experiences.”
