TeamSnap acquires Korrio

BOULDER --TeamSnap, a leader in integrated sports management, announced it has acquired Seattle-based Korrio, a cloud-based service for organizing and sharing youth sports.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“TeamSnap has become the platform amateur sports participants and organizers cannot live without,” said Dave DuPont, TeamSnap CEO.

The acquisition highlights TeamSnap’s continued momentum and reinforces TeamSnap’s position as the leading communication and coordination platform for amateur sports, the company said.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Boulder, TeamSnap is now used by more than 15 million coach, administrator, player and parent users.
