Branded the most innovative Act! ever, Swiftpage said v20 debuts new interactive, graphical Act! Insight dashboards, the ability to integrate Act! with voice activated technology, a modernized user interface (UI), optimized emarketing workflow, and compatibility with Chrome™ for Mac.

The highly anticipated Ask Act!™ voice integration tool with Amazon Alexa will be available on the Amazon Alexa Skills store in the coming week, the company said.

“With this release, our customers have everything they need to build lasting relationships, fuel business growth, and make informed decisions,” said John Oechsle, Swiftpage CEO.

“The next generation features in Act! v20 are a clear demonstration of our commitment to equipping our subscribers with the tools they need to stay competitive.”

Swiftpage said active subscribers will gain rich insights to guide decision-making from interactive, graphical Act! Insight dashboards. The Key Insight dashboard enables users to understand more about marketing efforts, their sales pipeline, business performance, and business health.

Users can personalize dashboards and configure the Act! Insight view to display insights relevant to their business or individual role, the company said. Users also gain a new Act! Insight view in the Act! Companion mobile app.

Swiftpage said Ask Act! with Amazon Alexa will revolutionize the way Act! Premium subscribers interact with their CRM by allowing them to quickly access contact details, look up customer information, and inquire about what’s on their calendar.

“By 2020, Gartner predicts 30 percent of searches will be done using audio-centric technology such as Amazon’s Echo, Dot or Show,” said Lorcan Malone, Swiftpage president and COO.

“Soon, Act! subscribers will be able to interact with their CRM through simple commands to save time, free up their hands and increase productivity.”

All Act! users leveraging the power of Act! emarketing can now manage campaigns through an intuitive, optimized workflow within Act!, the company said.

Users can quickly and easily execute campaigns and track results from five newly designed views – Overview, Options, Create, Send and Track with full-screen Call Lists – all fully integrated within Act!.

Swiftpage said Act! v20 boasts a modernized UI with updates consistent across Windows® and Web. Updates include a modern navigation bar, new big button menu design, new Web login screen and contemporary icons.

Users can now work with Act! on Chrome for Mac. To find a complete list of what’s new in Act! v20, click here.
