Startup Colorado and Blackstone Entrepreneurs to host two startup funding events in August

DENVER -- Startup Colorado and Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network will host two events in August aimed at putting together startups and investors.
A panel discussion on Aug. 4 will discuss the broad range of funding options from traditional venture capital models to crowdfunding, angels, accelerators and bootstrapping.
The discussion will focus on the pros and cons of each and what potential investors are looking for in an investment opportunity.
Panelists include Kirk Holland, managing director, Holland & Hart; Toby Krout, managing director, Boomtown Accelerator; John Levisay, Craftsy founder and CEO; and Krista Morgan, P2Binvestor CEO.
Betty Arkell, partner with Holland & Hart, will serve as moderator.
