Srikant Sharma joins Conga as VP of customer success

Prior to Conga, Srikant ran global customer success at Marketo, leading the company’s metrics-driven transformation to focus on the customer experience and journey across all touch points.

Srikant has also held leadership roles at Open Text, HP and NorthboundDGS, a global revenue and customer marketing agency, and has a deep pedigree of building and leading passionate, high-performance teams. Srikant has an MBA from Cornell University, and a Bachelor's in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Bombay in Mumbai, India.
