Second Longmont Startup Week set for June 6-11

LONGMONT -- The second annual Longmont Startup Week is set for next week, June 6-11.
The celebration of entrepreneurship will offer more than 70 free community events at various locations across the city.
Monday’s activities begin with an opening coffee from 7-9 a.m. at the Longmont Museum and Cultural Center, 400 Quail Road.
A morning keynote, “Boulder Farmers Market to National Retail Succcess: Goddess Garden—What a Long Strange Trip It’s Been,” will be held from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Museum.
Later activities on Monday include how to give a powerful five-minute business presentation, government grants as sources of non-dilutive capital, a startup legal panel, developing leaders in a startup culture and a social robot demonstration by Robauto.
