BOULDER -- Radish Systems announced that two Colorado health care organizations will pilot the company’s ChoiceView software to provide “Voice with Visuals” communications with their employees and patients.
Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association will use Radish’s ChoiceView software to better communicate with its field staff, and Clinica Tepeyac will use ChoiceView to improve communication with its patients.
ChoiceView allows organizations to talk and share visuals and data with users on smart mobile devices or any phone and browser combination, the company said.
“We are delighted to investigate improving communication and serving patients faster and with better comprehension,” said Lisa Brown, NCVNA CEO. “This pilot is a great opportunity to test Radish’s ChoiceView technology.”
“ChoiceView will strengthen customer service on behalf of our patients and the community we serve,’’ said Jim Garcia, Clinica Tepeyac executive director. “This is part of our overall effort to improve communications with our patients and demonstrate responsiveness to their needs.”
