DENVER -- Paladina Health, a direct primary care provider and subsidiary of DaVita HealthCare Partners, announced Chris Miller has joined the company as its CEO.
Miller brings 12 years of leadership, strategic analysis and corporate development experience to health care organizations, Paladina said.
As CEO, Miller will oversee the strategy and growth of Paladina Health and drive the company’s vision of bringing direct primary care to patients. He will also work in partnership with Paladina’s clinical operations, field operations, population health management and business development teams, the company said.
“We are excited to bring on Chris Miller as CEO of Paladina Health,” said Kent Thiry, chair and CEO of DaVita HealthCare Partners. “His executive leadership, health care operations experience, passion for improving health care and deep belief in the importance of creating a values-driven community are all exceptional.”
Before joining Paladina Health, Miller founded and served as CEO and managing director of Trumpet Behavioral Health, a rapidly growing health care services company serving people with autism and developmental disabilities.
“I am thrilled to join an industry leader focused on continuous innovation and building an integrated primary care model of health care,” said Miller. “I look forward to leading Paladina Health and continuing to pioneer this new model of health care, which will positively impact many lives and create a more integrated system.”
