When employees and employers collide, who knows what might happen?

The difference between a dream job (or a dream employee) and a nightmare is more than chance—science and careful matching of personality, culture and expectations can make or break your startup. Connections and collisions between employers and employees will be the topics of “The Talent Collision,” a networking, educational and employer-to-candidate interaction event today from noon to 3 p.m. at Fort Collins Startup Week’s LaunchPad, 200 Mathews, hosted by jobZology and InnovatioNews.

FORT COLLINS -- New and emerging companies and entrepreneurs will learn about how the “people factor” impacts their business and learn how to recruit and retain employees while maintaining an intentional culture to build their businesses.

Employers will have booths, job seeker attendees all get a free Career Life Planning account from jobZology and employers will get the ability to recruit from the jobZology FOCO Startup Week pool for deeply discounted fees.
