DENVER -- FullContact, a provider of a powerful contact management platform for professionals and enterprises, announced it acquired nGame, a learning engine that delivers social data insights and analytics to make data actionable for leading brands.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
FullContact said by blending its cloud-based contact management solution with nGame’s customer data management expertise, brands will be able to build a 360-degree profile of their customers to deliver a better and more personalized customer experience.
“nGame helps further our mission to solve the world’s contact management problem by adding an extra layer of context and insight to help brands more intimately connect with their customers,” said Bart Lorang, FullContact co-founder and CEO.
“Brands have access to more customer data than ever before, however picking out what data is most meaningful can be challenging,” said Jon Feld, nGames CEO.
“With FullContact, we’re providing customer intimacy at scale and providing brands with the information they need to know their customers better than their competitors.”
