Eight digital health startups awarded $150K in 2015 Digital Health Challenge

DENVER -- Eight healthcare innovation startup companies will share in $150,000 in seed money during the 2015 Digital Health Challenge organized by Prime Health.
The startup proposals were judged by 17 healthcare institutions from across the U.S. who bid on opportunities to test the proposed programs.
The seed money was provided by the Colorado Health Foundation.
The eight finalists were selected from an original 21 contestants. All eight received at least one offer from a judging institution, with a total of 27 offers made.
The finalists were:

- C3LX
- Radish Systems
- Play-It Health
- Novum Concepts
- Physician Cognition
- NextStp.io
- Test Appropriate
“We have set our sights on making Colorado No. 1 in the nation in digital health,” said Jeffrey Nathanson, Prime Health CEO. “The enthusiasm and engagement of these host institutions for this year’s competition proves the state has what it takes to hit this goal by 2020.”
