FORT COLLINS -- Rosabella Consulting LLC is calling for nominations for the 2015 E+ Awards to honor those who are taking a risk, challenging the status quo and creating something of value.
This year marks the third year for the E+ Awards and the first time a call for nominations has been made, Rosabella said.
The awards originated in 2013 as a way of recognizing books, but this year the E+ Awards have expanded to recognize people for more than just books. This year’s nominations are encouraged for those who have put forth a creative idea, who lead with compassion or who have created a movement, Rosabella said.
Nominations are welcome in three categories:
- Youth under 21
- Local/regional in Northern Colorado (all ages)
- National/international (all ages)
Nominations are due by Nov. 2 and may be made online at EntrepreNerds.biz.
Award winners will be selected by Fort Collins High School students and announced on Jan. 1.
“I love that the E+ Awards are organized and driven by youth this year,” said Karina Mullen, a local entrepreneur and member of the E+ Leadership team.
“It’s really refreshing to see people collaborating and allowing young people to take chances, make mistakes and get messy.”
