WESTMINSTER -- The DaVinci Institute will offer a four-day workshop to help business leaders better prepare for and cope with future technology changes called “Strategic Futurism: Get Ahead of the Future.”
The workshop will focus on such techniques as situational futuring, environmental scanning, backcasting, peak “X,” wildcards and unintended consequences and then apply them to value chains, market dynamics, competitive advantages, utility maps, revenues, costs, returns, strategic canvasses and long-term plans, organizers said.
The workshop will be held Feb. 19-22 from 9 a.m to 5 p.m at the DaVinci Institute, 9191 Sheridan Blvd., Suite 300, in Westminster.
Cost of the workshop is $2,995 per person, or $2,495 if enrolled by Feb. 5.
The workshop will be led by Thomas Frey, DaVinci Institute founder, and Michael Cushman, senior futurist.
