DENVER -- Convercent, a leading provider of compliance management and analytics software, announced the addition of Tom Van Horn as a new member of its board of directors.
Van Horn''s appointment is the latest step in Convercent''s 2016 growth trajectory and emergence in to global markets, the company said. As a board member, Van Horn will provide guidance to the company''s vision, mission and business goals as well as strategically expand the company''s approach, presence and position internationally.

Van Horn’s career includes executive roles at TeleTech, IBM Corporation and Accenture. He has traveled and conducted business in 53 foreign countries and has expertise in international business and technology consulting. He is widely known for leading large BPO and M&A deals in the $100M - $1B range in the global communications, media and high-tech markets.
Most recently, Van Horn was managing director at Accenture and has since retired. Accenture is a leading global professional services company, where his last role was to lead a sales team responsible for sales across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including (ASEAN) the Association of Southeast Asia Nations, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, and India.
Van Horn earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems & Computer Science at the University of La Verne in southern California, where he also completed his MBA course work in International Business.
