COLORADO -- Colorado is rated No. 3 on a new list of the “10 Best States for Entrepreneurs and Startups,” according to The Motley Fool.Colorado_logoUSE

Colorado’s high ranking was based in part on the state’s high number of 25-to-34-year-olds, coming in at nearly 40 percent of the population.
