Colorado ranked No. 2 on list of best states to live

COLORADO -- Colorado placed No. 2 on “The Best & Worst States to Live In” recently released by 24/7 Wall Street.
Colorado’s high rating noted it has:
- 7th highest in 10-year population increase
- 15th lowest unemployment in 2018
- 7th lowest poverty rate
- 7th longest life expectancy (80.5 years)
The Top 10 places to live on the list were:
- Massachusetts
- Colorado
- New Jersey
- Hawaii
- Connecticut
- Minnesota
- Maryland
- New Hampshire
- Washington
- Virginia
The bottom five states considered the worst places to live (all in the South) were:
- Kentucky
- Arkansas
- Louisiana
- West Virginia
- Mississippi
