DENVER -- Supporters of the proposed Catalyst Health-Tech Innovation (HTI) project are sharing Phase 1 renderings of the Catalyst HTI building to be built at 35th and Brighton Blvd. in Denver.Catalyst_logo

Architect partner for the building is The Beck Group.

“We are thrilled to be able to present Catalyst HTI along Brighton Boulevard,” said Carl Koelbel, VP of acquisitions and development at Koelbel and Company, a partner in the project.

“The more we talk to potential tenants, the more we hear how powerful a place like this can be. The architecture honors the area’s industrial history, while at the same time bringing in a new and exciting use and activation at Brighton Boulevard’s best corner.”

New tenants of the building include BurstIQ and CirrusMD.

“We are honored and excited to join the Catalyst HTI family, an amazing group of entrepreneurs and companies that share the same mission,” said Frank Ricotta, BurstIQ CEO. “We have no doubt that Catalyst HTI will become the epicenter of the digital health revolution.”

“We are eager to see how this community of companies grows over the next two years and are excited to move into our new home on Brighton Boulevard,” said Andy Altorfer, CirrusMD CEO.

Supporters of the project say they want to make Colorado the top digital health cluster in the nation by 2020.
