DENVER -- Progressive Health Center is the newest tenant on the Catalyst HTI campus in north Denver.Catalyst_logo

“Progressive Health Center joined Catalyst to be part of the paradigm shift happening within healthcare," said Sue Goodin, Progressive CEO.

"Like Catalyst, PHC believes healthcare should be patient focused, collaborative, and transformative, ultimately, improving quality of life. The educational opportunities, community involvement, and relationships are common values shared by both Catalyst and Progressive Health Center. Together with the community of Catalyst, we want to reimagine healthcare."

Progressive Health Center said it envisions organizations comprised of a workforce where individuals reach their full potential through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

With lifestyle and behavior choices affecting well-being now more than ever it is imperative for people to develop lasting habits that support and nurture their larger purpose; moving them away from disease and into a resiliency-based approach for the body, mind, and spirit, PHC said.

Progressive Health Center offers this model to HealthOne Hospital employees through their signature brand, “Wellness Lounge,” and workplace wellness programming. Their education and self-care model is based on the five principles of resiliency created by Dr. Amit Sood: Gratitude, Compassion, Acceptance, Meaning, and Forgiveness.

Today, Progressive Health Center is located in Presbyterian St. Luke’s/ Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children and Rose Medical Center and is impacting over 2,600 hospital employees and 600 physicians per month.

“This is the next jewel in P/SL’s crown. Progressive Health is impacting our community, our employees, and our patients in so many important ways,” said Maureen Tarrant, CEO, Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Mike Biselli, president and co-founder of Catalyst, said he is excited to have Progressive Health Center in the Catalyst community.

“Holistic health and well-being, and the approaches for achieving it, are gaining significant momentum in the marketplace," Biselli said. "I’m excited to have Progressive Health Center’s leadership at Catalyst to continue to further this movement."
