FORT COLLINS -- CSU  Ventures   is calling for abstracts from graduate and post-doc students to present their cutting-edge work at the 2016 CSU Innovation Symposium  on April 27.CSU_Ventures_logoUSE

The Symposium is the premiere event in which the most innovative CSU research is highlighted.

The CSU Ventures Innovation Symposium and the CSU business pitch competition are highlights of the CSU Collegiate Challenge, hosted by CSU Ventures and the Institute for Entrepreneurship in the CSU College of Business.

The Innovation Symposium is open to CSU faculty, staff, students, alumni, business professionals and entrepreneurs and the interested public.

The Innovation Symposium includes two events:

  • Poster Session—40-plus posters will be on display highlighting research across campus in engineering, creative works, life science and physical science. Attendees will vote for the best poster with winners sharing in $1,000 in prize money.
  • Best in Show Competition—The top poster in each category will compete and present their works for cash prizes totaling $2,500.
