CCIA, Colorado Energy Coalition to host Clean Power Plan event Sept. 14

DENVER -- Colorado Cleantech Industries Association (CCIA) and the Colorado Energy Coalition will host “The Clean Power Plan and Its Effect on Colorado’s Energy Future” on Sept. 14.
The program will focus on what is being done during the delay in implementation of the Clean Power Plan and how it will influence utilities and regional planning.
Presenters for the program include Jeff Lyng, Center for the New Energy Economy at CSU; Dan Steinberg, National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden; and J.R. Tolbert, Advanced Anergy Economy.
The event will be held at Faegre Baker Daniels, 1700 Lincoln St., Suite 200, in downtown Denver. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. with registration and a light complimentary breakfast from 7:30-8 a.m.
