A previously issued member of this patent family includes U.S. patent 10,123,926, issued late last year.

“We’re excited to receive this new patent that further bolsters our intellectual property for The Living Urn,” said Mark Brewer, Biolife president.

“We continue to develop and introduce new and unique eco-friendly products for the funeral industry with the goal of helping families have more meaningful and personal memorial options.

“As part of this process, we’ve filed multiple patent applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to protect our inventions and technology. This not only protects us, but also protects our distributors and funeral home partners who sell our proprietary products.”
