Webroot logoBROOMFIELD - Webroot, a market leader in intelligent cybersecurity for endpoints and collective threat intelligence, today announced a partnership with Fast Fix 123, an online tech support company providing computer services and diagnostics.

Through the partnership, Webroot said its SecureAnywhere Business Endpoint Protection and SecureAnywhere Business Mobile Protection will be deployed in conjunction with Fast Fix's remote connection technology to allow its certified technicians to protect customers more effectively, increase their network administrator efficiency and lower their overhead costs.

"Webroot has provided a cloud-based endpoint protection that allows our customers to take a hands-off approach, while our Microsoft-certified technicians do all the dirty work," said Paul Cozzolino, Fast Fix 123 founder and CEO.

"Providing a cloud-based antivirus and anti-malware solution that can be managed remotely has expanded the level of support we can deliver, and the feature-rich, Web-based console has allowed us to customize protection to the needs of the individual while putting customer protection at the forefront of our mission.

"Webroot has become Fast Fix 123's stay-at-home technician."

"Webroot's innovative approach to protecting endpoints enables MSPs (managed service providers) to offer their customers enhanced security and improved productivity, thanks to reduced support overheads and minimal downtime as a result of viruses and malware," said Charles Tomeo, Webroot VP of channel and technical sales.

"We are always open to new channel partners who are committed to delivering excellent solutions and support services to their customers, and Fast Fix 123 closely fits our strategic partnership model at Webroot."
