DENVER -- ReadyTalk, a leading provider of cloud communication solutions, announced ReadyTalk Hosted Voice, a unified communications (UC) suite that enables IT and business managers to focus their attention on customers and core competencies rather than disparate technologies and vendors.ReadyTalk_logoUSE

ReadyTalk said Hosted Voice also saves organizations money by moving all communication services to the cloud, accessible through a single provider.

ReadyTalk Hosted Voice adds a cloud voice solution with instant messaging and presence, to complete an all-in-one UC package that already includes ReadyTalk's industry-leading video collaboration, web, audio and video conferencing solutions and webinar services.

The suite covers communication channels ranging from one-to-one interactions to one-to-many meetings and broadcasts, all without requiring a high capital investment, the company said.

"We're excited to add ReadyTalk Hosted Voice, considering how we've been hearing from more customers that they want a single vendor for UC," said Dwight Allgood, ReadyTalk’s VP of business development and channel sales.

"But it's not just about that simplicity. Our solution enables companies to save money, be more productive, improve communication, be more mobile and grow their businesses. We have these customer ideals top-of-mind as we continue to innovate and reach UC's full potential."

ReadyTalk Hosted Voice is powered by BroadSoft, a technology leader in cloud communications, collaboration and contact center solutions for businesses and service providers across 80 countries.

ReadyTalk Hosted Voice works in conjunction with mobile devices for remote workers as well as traditional business phone systems. Integrations are available with Google Apps, Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Office and Lync.

Using the ReadyTalk Hosted Voice cloud-based suite reduces expenses for staffing as well as for system upgrades and maintenance that are standard for traditional on-premise private branch exchange (PBX) systems. Users will also have access to support from ReadyTalk's award-winning customer service team.

"We're thrilled to provide a UC suite that addresses all of our customers' communication and collaboration needs, ultimately connecting people and powering ideas," Allgood said.
