Over the last two years, VictorOps said it has grown revenue more than 210 percent, tripled the size of the company, and landed numerous Fortune 500 customers.

“As VictorOps prepares for another year of significant growth, Jim’s skill set will be critical to organic and inorganic expansion,” said Todd Vernon, VictorOps co-founder and CEO.

“With prior experience as a key member of the Rally Software executive team, he is extremely familiar with the software development and operations industry.

“The explosive growth of the DevOps market is a natural next step for customers of Agile software solutions, and Jim has extensive experience with emerging markets and public offerings.”

“Pushing code to production faster is necessary to stay competitive,” said Lejeal. “When it comes to incident management software that supports both DevOps teams and continuous uptime, VictorOps is the clear market leader.

“Similar to Agile, DevOps supports high-performing teams, resiliency, and efficiency. Helping teams deliver business value faster has been a cornerstone of my career. I’m excited to join this amazing company.”

Lejeal’s tenure at Rally included technology acquisitions, optimizing the business for Rally’s IPO in 2013, and playing an instrumental role in Rally’s successful sale to CA Technologies in 2015.

A successful entrepreneur himself, Lejeal founded and managed multiple technology companies.

Prior to joining VictorOps, he served as CFO at Sphero, Inc. His other roles include CFO at Rally Software Development Corp; co-founder and CFO at Raindance Communications Inc.; corporate VP of finance at ConferTech International; and advisor at Techstars Central LLC.

Lejeal holds a B.S. degree in management from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
