CENTENNIAL -- Innovation Pavilion (IP) is launching a monthly show on SMART Cities hosted by Parker’s Mayor Mike Waid.
The inaugural show on Oct. 10 convened mayors, city innovation leaders and large and small SMART City companies to explore the technologies that will enable cities of the future.
The launch show’s theme was “Fiber for Business” and included a panel discussion with Ken Lucas (Centennial council member), Stephanie Piko (Centennial council member), Ryan Mulligan (Centennial mayor pro-tem), Adam Eisner (VP Networks -- Ting Fiber) and Innovation Pavilion founder Vic Ahmed.
The discussion revolved around the importance of fiber Internet for businesses and residents.
The shows are open to the public and will be livestreamed on Innovation Pavilion’s Facebook page.
The shows will be presented at Innovation Pavilion’s IPNow Studio, 9200 E. Mineral Ave. in Centennial.
Synchronicity is an Innovation Pavilion SMART City community -- a collective of mayors, city innovation leaders and large and small SMART City companies.
This consortium provides thought leadership and creates content to educate other city leaders and their citizens about the possibilities of SMART City initiatives.
