DENVER -- GutCheck, a leader in agile market research solutions, announced it closed on a $12 million Series D funding round to help the company accelerate growth and meet the high demand in the agile market research space.
Piper Jaffray Mechant Banking led the latest round with participation from other existing investors, GutCheck said.
The company has so far raised a total of $25 million.
The new funding will support a series of initiatives throughout the company as it continues to grow at a triple-digit rate, GutCheck said.
“The growth we’ve had is a result of our leadership in agile market research, and we are not standing still,” said Matt Warta, GutCheck CEO.
“Though our diligence process and talking to customers, we were able to validate the huge market opportunity that agile market research has and that GutCheck is a clear leader within that market,” said Stuart Harvey, Piper Jaffray managing director.
